Trumansburg Conservatory seeks entries for annual Clothesline Art Show

The Trumansburg Conservatory of Fine Arts (TCFA) will present, for the third year, the Clothesline Art Show. It’s called that because the works are presented in an informal fashion in the auditorium at TCFA.

The show will be open to the public on Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 6 and 7, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. By special arrangement, this year’s show will also include a showing and sale of work by the late Yvonne Piburn, Trumansburg painter.

Participation in the show is open to the public. The entry fee is $10, which entitles a contributor to bring two pieces. All contributors are limited to two pieces and all work must be for sale (you set the price and you keep the proceeds). Artworks must arrive at the Trumansburg Conservatory between noon and 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 4, or from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, Aug. 5.

Artists must pick up any work that is not sold after the show on Aug. 7 or 8. Find an entry blank and guidelines at: https://tburgconservatory.org/.
