Building site plan approved, despite opposition

Months of heated argument about a five-story apartment building proposed in Collegtown came to a catty head last week, essentially becoming a plea from older Ithacans to preserve the “soul of Collegetown” while almost exclusively younger Ithacans argued in favor of the project.
