District attorney reflects upon leaving office

On a table behind District Attorney Gwen Wilkinson’s desk is a photo of a child who was sexually abused and killed in Tompkins County years ago. Wilkinson prosecuted the case and landed a conviction but never let go of that photo, which the young child’s father clung to in court while on the witness stand.
