Letters: In support of Keith Hannon for County Legislature

I grew up in Tompkins County and within the community that Hannon is looking to represent. He lives in the Village of Trumansburg, where is where I grew up and our children will be attending the same school.

Keith cares about our community, and it shows by his political, social and personal views. He is a great family man, which is something that I connect with. After leaving the area for college and the beginning of my career, I have migrated back to the area and started a family of my own. I am enthusiastic to have a family voice in county government.

Keith’s unique background and experiences would enhance the quality of our county, and I know he would strive to advocate for everyone, not just those passionate about family issues. I respect and admire Keith, because of his integrity and willingness to help others.

As impressive as Keith’s commitment is to the community, his character and dedication as a father, husband, son and friend are what I am most excited to see brought to the district.

I encourage the citizens of Trumansburg, Ulysses, Ithaca and Enfield to mark the box for Hannon, because he is a great fit for the community that I grew up in and cherish.
