Vote Wright for legislature
Support Michelle Wright for Tompkins County Legislature, District 14. Experienced in budgeting and community service, she’s ready to serve from day one.
I live in Tompkins County’s newly created 14 district and, with your help, my next door neighbor hopes to fill that new legislative seat come November 4th.
Her name is Michelle E. Wright and I can attest she is guided by altruistic principles and is just the kind of person you hope would be your local politician (as well as state and national), well intentioned, intelligent and energetic.
Her background: A dual undergraduate degree in Environmental Engineering Tech and Agricultural Science Education, served as an elected school board member for Trumansburg CSD, a volunteer at the Tburg Fire Co and Ulysses Historical Society, a Board of Elections poll worker, the Deputy Supervisor and Budget Officer for the Town of Ulysses.
This last point of having budgeting experience maybe the most meaningful as, at least, half of the Tompkins County Legislature seats are expected to be filled by people new to the role and, as we all know, what the board does effect our pocketbooks. Michelle will be a knowledgeable contributor from day one able to guide the process by dint of her experience.
This choice is important so vote on November 4th but first take the time to look at her website (MichelleWright.Cloud/tc14) and, if you like what you see, tell your neighbors about her. Thank you!
