Ralph A. Lovelace Jr., a 91-year-old Enfield farmer known for his faith and dry humor, passed away April 24, 2025, with a celebration of life set for June 7 at Agape Bible Church.

Ralph A. Lovelace Jr, age 91, passed away peacefully at home on April 24, 2025.
Ralph was a lifelong resident of Enfield, NY. His life was first and foremost one of faith. He was a member of Agape Bible Church for over 40 years.
Ralph worked on the family dairy farm doing what he enjoyed most; being his own boss, working with animals and being out of doors. He loved his dogs, which he had a steady stream of throughout his life. After he retired from the family business, he went to work for Gaige’s Dairy Farm for another 20 years, where he was always treated like one of the family.
He was an example of faith, grit and tenacity, being well known for his fantastically dry humor, love of family, and donkeys.
Ralph was predeceased by his parents Ralph A Lovelace Sr. and Doris Wellman Lovelace; his sisters Mary Lehman and Catherine Wasson, and nephew Gary Lehman. He is survived by his wife of 46 years Carol J. Lovelace, daughter Jo (Brian) Marion, son Robert (Valerie) Lovelace, and son Greg (Shelby) Shevalier, sister Ruth Lovelace and brother Eugene (Mary Jo) Lovelace. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews that all loved their Uncle Ralph.
Family and friends are invited to attend a celebration of life Saturday, June 7, 2025 at 11:00 am at Agape Bible Church, located at 264 Applegate Road S., Ithaca, NY 14850 with Pastor Mike Corriero.
