There will be 300 quilts in a variety of styles, colors, and sizes to enjoy at the Tompkins County Quilter’s Guild 50 Years of Traditions and Beyond 2025 Quilt Show, coming soon on September 20th and 21st, from 10 am–5 pm, at the Tompkins Cortland Community College Field House in Dryden, New York. You don’t have to be under these quilts to feel their warmth and beauty, and to appreciate the artistry of the incredible quiltmakers who created them.
In addition to the many quilts, both traditional and contemporary, 50 Years of Traditions and Beyond will feature a Vendor Mall with 15 vendors offering a wide variety of quilt related supplies and items, gently-used quilt books for sale, and even a display of quilted wearables. There will also be chances to win the stunning “Flying to the Stars” show quilt, and a silent auction of 100 small quilts made by members of TCQG. The featured quilt artist will be long time TCQG Member, Aafke Steenhuis.
The TCQG 2025 Quilt Show is a benefit fundraiser for the not-for-profit organization, with an entry donation of $10 for adults, and children up to 18 free.
